Did you know that 60% of the people in Rwanda live on less than $1 a day? Imagine trying to raise your children on less than $1 a day. Imagine if there were no jobs to find and your children were hungry…. What would you do?

Microseeds pilot program began in Kigali Rwanda in January 2008. We are working with Africa Hope Microcredit to provide small, zero interest, loans to help people develop their family businesses. Believe it or not these small loans of $50 will make a huge difference in peoples lives.  We currently provide loans to 100 people Kigali, Rwanda.

Pastor Theophile Rugubira is the Director of African Hope Microcredit.  Pastor Theophile oversees 43 churches in Rwanda and has worked with a number of US ministries including the Billy Graham Association, World Relief and World Vision. Pastor Theophile is currently working with Saddleback Church in CA as one of the Pastors implementing the P.E.A.C.E. Plan in Rwanda.
